How we work
- The maker's own documentation beats the retailer listing. Where the two disagree we publish ONE decisive value and say which source won.
- Unstated stays unstated. A field a maker does not publish reads "Not stated on the maker's page" - we never guess a number.
- No numeric editorial score and no ranking. Where a retailer publishes an aggregate customer rating, we show it, attribute it to that retailer and date it.
- Commercial relationships are disclosed. Some links are affiliate links and are marked as sponsored; that never changes the specifications or the ratings we publish.
